Lifestyle clothing brand that sold apparel throughout the US and Europe.

Co-Founder

I launched AEF Ind. from the ground up at 19 years old. All Else Failed Ind started as a company that made merchandise for local L.A. Punk Rock Bands. Initially the business plan was to make clothes for local bands but then morphed in to it’s own separate lifestyle brand reaching across the U.S.A. and Europe. This was my first entrepreneurial endeavor where I was able to get some real world experience on how to run and operate a business from the ground up.x

Here is the short list of tasks I handled on a daily basis:

  • Oversaw daily operations, including employing and managing staff, managing inventory/shipping, and economic forecasting.
  • Managed eCommerce and all sales and marketing with wholesale and retail vendors
  • Ran a small sales team of about 3-5 people who represented new client and customer acquisition
  • Event planning for fashion trade shows and were a major sponsor on the Vans Warped Tour in 1999 and 2000.
